I usually feel creative when I am alone and I have silence. But, the process begins in my mind as I talk things out that are affecting my spirit. I then seem to shed the tears and when I am done I can process and find some art form to mimic.
My designs never come out the way I want them to; because I use the materials and tools I have; and that is what makes my pieces unique. I am not as skilled as other artisans; I am myself and I want my light to shine through the talents God has bestowed upon me.
I do not try to copy; I look for inspiration; and allow my hands to shape and mold much like what God did as he created man and woman. Even he used dirt and made us in His image. Thus, that is the type of artisan I am.
Genesis 1:27- So God created human beings in his own image.
Genesis 2:7- Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground.
I hope you like my designs and appreciate the purpose for which I create which is to heal my heart.
